How long we retain your data

Your Experience
Your session is a guided luxury portrait experience.
All imagery is created with intentional direction, artistry, and professional styling.
Session Fee
A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date.
This fee is not transferable under any circumstance.
This secures your place on the studio calendar.
This covers planning, preparation, and creative direction.
Artwork & Product Investment
All artwork, albums, prints, and digital collections are selected after your session.
Selections are made during your private ordering appointment.
Payment plans are available for post-session purchases only.
Payment Plans
Available for qualifying post-session artwork investments up to 12 months.
10% non-refundable administrative/financing fee applies.
Two valid payment methods are required on file at all times.
Automatic billing occurs on scheduled due dates.
Authorization is granted to charge either payment method if needed.
Client remains responsible for full contracted investment once purchase is made.
Early payoff is allowed at any time with no penalty.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the system will retry the next day.
If the primary method fails, the secondary method will be charged.
If payment is not received within 3 days, a late fee will be applied.
Continued non-payment may pause ordering, gallery delivery, or product fulfillment until account is current.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Reschedules require at least 7 days notice.
One reschedule is allowed per booking without fee.
Late cancellations forfeit the session fee.
No-shows forfeit the session fee in full.
Emergency exceptions are reviewed at studio discretion only.
Arrival & Punctuality
Clients must arrive on time for sessions.
Late arrival reduces session time.
Sessions will not be extended due to tardiness.
Guest Policy
Boudoir sessions are private and do not include guests unless pre-approved.
Headshot sessions may allow limited guests if relevant to branding needs.
Studio reserves the right to deny entry to any guest at any time.
Product Release
No images, galleries, or products are released until the balance is paid in full.
Image Selection & Editing Scope
Final image selection occurs during the ordering appointment only.
Retouching style is artist-directed and consistent with studio standards.
Additional retouching beyond standard workflow is billed separately.
RAW or unedited files are never released.
Creative Control Clause
Studio retains full creative direction over posing, lighting, styling, and editing.
Client input is considered but does not override final artistic decisions.
Communication
Communication is limited to business hours.
Response times are based on standard studio workflow.
Social media and text messaging are not primary support channels.
Image Usage & Privacy
Client images are private unless written permission is granted.
No marketing, portfolio, or public use occurs without consent.
Clients may update usage permissions for future work at any time.
File Storage & Archiving
Galleries are available for a 3-month download window.
Studio is not responsible for files after expiration.
Re-delivery may incur additional fees.
Conduct Policy
Respectful behavior is required at all times.
Studio reserves the right to end a session due to inappropriate conduct.
No refunds are issued if a session is terminated for misconduct.
Liability
Clients are responsible for personal belongings during sessions.
Studio is not liable for injury or loss except where required by law.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
This includes session fees, installment payments, administrative fees, and late fees.
Additional Terms
Contracts and payment plans are non-transferable.
Pricing is locked at time of booking.
Chargebacks are not permitted.
All concerns must be resolved directly with the studio.
